This beauty performs like your cooking directly over hot coals with its infrared cooking. This is our superstar burger smashing grill and she gets hot fast! It wasnt a question that this was going into our BBQ trailer. New to the market in 2023 - Crossray has come directly out of Australia and redefined the way you cook with gas. 

 

Oklahoma Joe Blackjack Charcoal Kettle

We love a good Charcoal Kettle here at the BBQ hub so it was a given that we would put our tried and true tested kettle in our trailer. The OKJ Blackjack has been put through its paces over the years and has never let us down. This wee gem smokes our Chicken wings to perfection.

 

Traeger Ironwood XL Pellet Smoker

This is the latest addition to our BBQ trailer, and it is a new 2023 release from Traeger. This black beauty has the capacity to cook around 16 Racks of Ribs, which is plenty to feed even the biggest of crowds. With its ability to be able to be monitored remotely it gives us more freedom to do more on the other BBQ's while this one smokes meat to perfection.
