ONLINE PAYMENTS

Online payments paid directly to our bank account are accepted by prior arrangement, please find our bank account listed below.

Please note: If you are paying into our account, the Reference must show what this is in relation too along with the name given for our accounts team. 

MANUAL CARD PAYMENTS

We can accept manual card payments for Debit Cards, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that Visa and Mastercard payments will incur a surcharge. Please contact us to discuss this payment option.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept both Visa and Mastercard purchases, however they do incur a 2.5% surcharge on all purchases both instore and online.

We do not accept Farmlands cards at this time.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are able to be purchased online and in store. If purchasing online these will be sent to the purchaser to the address supplied or can be collected in store. Gift vouchers are unable to be used for online purchases at this time and are not redeemable for cash.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only given back in the same form of payment as the initial purchase. In some cases a gift voucher or store credit will be allocated in place of a refund.
