PELLET FIRE SERVICE + MAINTENANCE

We are the service agents here in Marlborough for your Ravelli and Enviro Pellet Fires. All of our technicians are fully trained in our pellet fires and our pellet fire suppliers are always on hand to help with any further technical enquiries to ensure you get the best possible after care service.

We recommend that your pellet fire is serviced annually, just like any wood burner. 

We allow an hour approximately for your pellet fire service, this allows our technicians to give your machine a thorough clean throughout. This includes cleaning and checking the sensors on the machine to ensure no faults are detected along with checking the settings on your machine are correct for the environment and use. Your flue is checked over and if required, this is swept to remove any possible debris. Once your machine has been checked over and cleaned, it is reassembled and the operation of the machine is checked to ensure it is running correctly.
