Returns + Exchanges

We can only consider items for a return or an exchange within 30 days from your initial purchase date.

Items must be in the same condition as purchased with all original packaging in an unused condition, the only exception for this is if your purchased item is faulty.

Proof of purchase must be presented along with the item for return or exchange. 


While we can appreciate receiving a gift that really isn't something you would want or enjoy is a bit frustrating, we unfortunately cannot return an item for this reason or because of a change of mind. Each case is different though, so please contact us regarding your concern and we will assess the situation, in some cases we may offer an exchange or gift card in good faith, however this is not guaranteed. 


It is at our discretion to return or exchange a special ordered product. In some instances, the supplier may be happy to accept the item back in place of a restocking charge which we will deduct from your refund.


Items that have been discounted online or instore are unable to be returned. Discounted items fall under the categories;

-Close to Expiry or Expired Goods.

-End of Line or Discontinued Items.

These items have been discounted at the businesses discretion and cannot be refunded or returned. 


Gift Vouchers are not able to be refunded or returned. They are not able to be exchanged for cash.
