Featuring adjustable grills, the Multi-level Swap & Sear Cooking System allows you to cook multiple heat zones using multiple cooking levels at once. The included deflector stone can be used as a deflecting heat for low & slow cooking. It can be used as a full moon pizza store set lower over the heat zone or can be swapped out with the grill for an incredible sear.

Ceramic provides one of the strongest forms of insulation, and the Firehawks UltraHeat Ceramic body ensures that almost all the Firehawk Kamado’s heat is captured and used to cook your food before exiting the grill. Forged with a premium graded clay with a superior colour purity, cleanliness and fired up at temperatures over 1000°C, this delivers improved and excellent strength, thermal shock resistance and heat retention.

The Firehawk Kamados Heat Lock Mesh Seal reduces moisture loss during a cook to ensure food is exposed to less dry, and moisture-absorbent air. This is a key and very important aspect of low and slow cooking.

The 56 cm Firehawk Kamado uses a durable Dual Anti-Rust Protection whereby the frame is first galvanised, and then given an anti-rust treatment alongside a plastic coating. This dual process ensures the best possible protection against rust; particularly from any rust problems caused from inadvertent bumping, or damage which removes the plastic coating, exposing the raw iron component.

With the Firehawk Kamados super strong hinge system, the Single Touch Magnetic Latch ensures that you can open and close the lid with complete ease.
