This BBQ rub is CLASSIC Texas!

A real Texan will say this is all you need on a brisket. This rub fantastic on brisket, short ribs, and steaks, but can be applied to anything you like. It’s also great on lamb, chicken, and grilled vegetables. 

It’s really an all-purpose rub, use it on anything.

INSTRUCTIONS

Apply generously to meat or vegetables. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking or refrigerate overnight for a bigger flavour.

Salt, Pepper, Garlic. NO MSG.
