Back in 1886 my great great (great?) Grand Pappy - Mattias William Baldwin 'Truck' Pickersgill the FIRST perfected his Pork Rub on our original ancestral land in Bon Aqua, Rollyville TX. This receipe stayed in our family for generations and now after all this time - this Truck (Mrk VI) is happy to share with you our stupendous BBQ rub.
